AI systems · Built around your workflow

An AI system that works with your business. Not around it.

I build custom AI systems that connect your information, tools, and processes—so the useful work happens inside your workflow, not in another chat window.

Tell me about your workflow
A workflow—not just a chat window
  1. Your inputs

    Documents, messages, and business information

  2. A defined task

    Read, retrieve, prepare—with clear rules

  3. Human review

    Approval where judgment matters

  4. Your tools

A useful result inside the workflow

Scoped to one real business problem

Define the job and the outcome before choosing the technical approach.

Connected to your tools

Put the result in the workflow your team already uses.

Built with review points

Agree on what the system can do and where a person must approve.

Start with the job, not the model

What comes in? What needs to happen? What should your team receive at the end? We define that first, then decide where AI belongs and where ordinary software is the better choice.

A custom system makes sense when an off-the-shelf tool cannot handle your workflow, information, or integrations. If a simpler automation will do the job, I will say so.

What I can build

Customer and internal assistants

An assistant that uses your business information to answer questions, helps people find the right document, and hands off to a person when needed.

Document-to-action workflows

A system that reads incoming documents, extracts the information your team needs, and prepares the next action in your existing tools.

Tool-connected agents

An agent that works across your tools to complete a defined process, with clear limits on what it can do and where a person must approve an action.

Scope and pricing

Custom systems are quoted by project and billed against agreed milestones. The price and timeline depend on the workflow, integrations, and deployment requirements. Any ongoing model or infrastructure costs are identified in the proposal.

From workflow to working system

  1. Map the work

We look at the current process, inputs, tools, exceptions, and the outcome you want.

  2. Define the scope

I propose the system, integrations, review points, and a way to judge whether it works. We agree on the price and milestones before building.

  3. Build and test

I develop the system against representative examples from your workflow, including the cases where it should ask for help.

  4. Put it to work

Deployment, team training, and the first 30 days of support are included in the implementation scope.

Questions before we start

Do I need to know which AI model to use?

No. Bring the workflow and the problem. I choose the technical approach based on the task and constraints, rather than fitting the task to a particular model.

What about private data?

We agree on what data the system can access, where it is processed, and who can use it before implementation. Deployment and model choices follow those requirements.

Can we start with something smaller?

Yes. We can scope one workflow first. If it only needs a tool integration or ordinary automation, there is no reason to turn it into a bigger AI project.
